- 200g Cooked King prawns (halved)
- 100g Rice vermicelli
- 1 Cucumber (matchsticks)
- 1 Carrot (matchsticks)

- Fresh Coriander
Cooking Method
- The Soften Dip a rice paper sheet in warm water for 5 seconds until it starts to go limp.
- The Layer Lay flat; arrange prawns (pink side down), noodles, veg, and a massive hit of raw herbs.
- The Build Fold the sides in and roll tightly like a cigar; the silk paper will stick to itself.
- The Finish Serve immediately with a nutty peanut-silk dip.
