Ingredients
- 8 Rice Paper sheets
- 200g Firm Tofu (strips, seared)
- 100g Rice vermicelli
- 1 Cucumber (matchsticks)
- Fresh Mint
- 2 tbsp Hoisin
- 1 tbsp Peanut butter
Cooking Method
- The Scorch Sear tofu strips in a pan until golden; set aside.
- The Soften Dip rice paper in warm water for 5 seconds until limp.
- The Bloom Whisk hoisin and peanut butter with a 20ml splash of warm water to create a glossy silk dip.
- The Build Layer tofu, noodles, and mint on the paper; roll tightly into a cigar.
- The Finish Serve cold with the nutty silk dip.
