Ingredients

  • 8 Rice Paper sheets
  • 200g Firm Tofu (strips, seared)
  • 100g Rice vermicelli
  • 1 Cucumber (matchsticks)
  • Fresh Mint
  • 2 tbsp Hoisin
  • 1 tbsp Peanut butter

Cooking Method

  1. The Scorch Sear tofu strips in a pan until golden; set aside.
  2. The Soften Dip rice paper in warm water for 5 seconds until limp.
  3. The Bloom Whisk hoisin and peanut butter with a 20ml splash of warm water to create a glossy silk dip.
  4. The Build Layer tofu, noodles, and mint on the paper; roll tightly into a cigar.
  5. The Finish Serve cold with the nutty silk dip.
