- 1 Shallot (minced)
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1 tsp White pepper
- 1 tsp Dried Dill
- 150ml Double cream
- 1 Lemon (juiced)
- 50g Butter
Cooking Method
- The Scorch Pan-fry salmon in oil until charred and golden; remove.
- The Architect Melt butter and sauté shallots until soft.
- The Bloom Add spices and a 20ml splash of lemon juice; the sudden steam will release the dill perfume.
- The Silk Merge Pour in cream; simmer for 3 minutes until it reduces to a thick citrus silk.
- The Marriage Return salmon for 30 seconds to lacquer in the sauce.
- The Final Flourish Top with a massive hit of raw fresh dill matchsticks.
