Ingredients: 400g King prawns (shell on), 2 tbsp Piri-Piri paste, 1 tsp Garlic powder, 50g Butter, 2 tbsp Lemon juice, 30ml Dry White Wine, 3 cloves Garlic (minced)...

Ingredients

  • 400g King prawns (shell on)
  • 2 tbsp Piri-Piri paste
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 50g Butter
  • 2 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 30ml Dry White Wine
  • 3 cloves Garlic (minced)

Cooking Method

  1. The Scorch High-heat sear prawns and garlic in 1 tbsp oil for 2 minutes until the shells are charred and pink.
  2. The Bloom Add piri-piri and wine to the pan; the sudden steam will release the chili oils.
  3. The Marriage Whisk in butter and lemon juice; toss for 1 minute until the prawns are lacquered in a thick orange silk.
  4. The Final Flourish Finish with a massive hit of raw fresh parsley and extra lemon zest.
