- 100g Icing sugar
- 2 tbsp Ground Cinnamon
- 0.5 tsp Nutmeg
- 1 Lemon (zested)
Cooking Method
- The Mix Combine the sugar and spices in a dry bowl.
- The Bloom Add a tiny 5ml splash of warm water to a small corner of the bowl; whisk into a paste then fold back into the dry mix to release the cinnamon perfume.
- The Marriage Incorporate the lemon zest for a sharp aromatic lift.
- The Final Flourish Dust heavily over hot fried dough or egg tarts immediately.
