- 0.5 tsp Ginger powder
- Pinch of Salt

Cooking Method
- The Mix Combine the sugar and spices in a dry bowl.
- The Bloom Add a tiny 5ml splash of warm water to a corner of the bowl; whisk it into a small part of the sugar to create a high-scent concentrated paste.
- The Marriage Incorporate the paste back into the rest of the dry sugar to evenly distribute the aroma.
- The Final Flourish Toss over hot fried dough and top with raw lemon zest for a sharp aromatic finish.
