(Our Play on Roasted Pumpkin with Cinnamon Butter)

Ingredients
- 1 small Pumpkin or Squash (sliced into wedges)
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 0.5 tsp Nutmeg
- 1 tsp Salt
- 50g Butter (melted)
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 20ml Orange juice
Cooking Method
- The Coat Whisk melted butter, honey, and orange juice with the spices; the liquid will swell the cinnamon oils.
- The Build Toss squash wedges in the spiced silk until heavily coated.
- The Scorch Roast at 210°C for 30 minutes until the edges are blackened and the flesh is soft.
- The Final Flourish Top with raw pumpkin seeds and a final dust of raw cinnamon.
