Ingredients: 100g Arborio rice, 500ml Whole milk, 50g Sugar, 2 tbsp Honey, 1 Cinnamon stick, 1 tsp Vanilla extract, Fresh Nutmeg, Orange zest...

Ingredients

  • 100g Arborio rice
  • 500ml Whole milk
  • 50g Sugar
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • 1 Cinnamon stick
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • Fresh Nutmeg
  • Orange zest

Cooking Method

  1. The Swell Bring milk, sugar, and cinnamon to a boil; add the rice.
  2. The Bloom Add vanilla and a tiny 10ml splash of milk; the heat will swell the spice oils.
  3. The Simmer Cook on the lowest setting for 25 minutes, stirring often until the milk is absorbed into a thick silk.
  4. The Final Flourish Top with fresh grated raw nutmeg and orange zest.
