Ingredients
- 100g Arborio rice
- 500ml Whole milk
- 50g Sugar
- 2 tbsp Honey
- 1 Cinnamon stick
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- Fresh Nutmeg
- Orange zest
Cooking Method
- The Swell Bring milk, sugar, and cinnamon to a boil; add the rice.
- The Bloom Add vanilla and a tiny 10ml splash of milk; the heat will swell the spice oils.
- The Simmer Cook on the lowest setting for 25 minutes, stirring often until the milk is absorbed into a thick silk.
- The Final Flourish Top with fresh grated raw nutmeg and orange zest.
