(Our Play on Spiced Roasted Parsnips)

Ingredients
- 500g Parsnips (peeled and quartered)
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 tsp Chili flakes
- 1 tsp Salt
- 3 tbsp Olive oil
- 2 tbsp Honey
Cooking Method
- The Mix Toss parsnips with olive oil and spices in a large bowl.
- The Bloom Add a 15ml splash of water to the bowl; this ensures the spices stick to the parsnips during roasting.
- The Scorch Roast at 200°C for 25 minutes until the edges are blackened and charred.
- The Marriage Drizzle with honey while still hot from the oven.
- The Final Flourish Top with fresh thyme and a hit of raw lemon juice.
