Ingredients: 600g Sweet Potatoes (sliced into rounds), 1 tsp Cinnamon, 1 tsp Chili flakes, 1 tsp Salt, 3 tbsp Olive oil, 1 tbsp Honey...

Ingredients

  • 600g Sweet Potatoes (sliced into rounds)
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 tsp Chili flakes
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 3 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Honey

Cooking Method

  1. The Mix Toss sweet potato disks with oil and dry spices in a large bowl.
  2. The Bloom Add a 15ml splash of water to the bowl; the moisture will bloom the cinnamon and help it coat the slippery skins.
  3. The Scorch Roast at 200°C for 25 minutes until the edges are blackened and caramelized.
  4. The Final Flourish Drizzle with honey while hot and top with fresh raw thyme.
