(Our Play on Sweet Potato with Cinnamon Butter)

Ingredients
- 600g Sweet potatoes (cubed)
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 0.5 tsp Nutmeg
- 1 tsp Salt
- 50g Butter
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 20ml Warm milk
Cooking Method
- The Boil Boil sweet potatoes until soft; drain and mash.
- The Bloom Heat butter, honey, and spices in a small pot with a tiny 10ml splash of milk; the heat will release the woody perfume.
- The Silk Merge Slowly whisk the spiced butter silk into the mash until glossy and uniform.
- The Final Flourish Top with raw crushed walnuts and a final dust of raw cinnamon.
