Ingredients

  • 500g Fresh Gnocchi
  • 100g Butter
  • 1 tbsp Brown sugar
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 0.5 tsp Nutmeg
  • 20ml Warm milk

Cooking Method

  1. The Architect Melt butter in a wide pan until it begins to foam and turn slightly brown.
  2. The Bloom Add the cinnamon, nutmeg, and sugar with a tiny 15ml splash of warm milk to release the warming perfume.
  3. The Scorch Toss the cooked gnocchi into the spiced butter; fry for 3 minutes until the edges are slightly golden.
  4. The Marriage Stir gently until the butter reduces to a thick, fragrant glaze on the pillows.
  5. The Final Flourish Top with a final dusting of raw cinnamon and a hit of lemon zest.
