Ingredients
- 500g Fresh Gnocchi
- 100g Butter
- 1 tbsp Brown sugar
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 0.5 tsp Nutmeg
- 20ml Warm milk
Cooking Method
- The Architect Melt butter in a wide pan until it begins to foam and turn slightly brown.
- The Bloom Add the cinnamon, nutmeg, and sugar with a tiny 15ml splash of warm milk to release the warming perfume.
- The Scorch Toss the cooked gnocchi into the spiced butter; fry for 3 minutes until the edges are slightly golden.
- The Marriage Stir gently until the butter reduces to a thick, fragrant glaze on the pillows.
- The Final Flourish Top with a final dusting of raw cinnamon and a hit of lemon zest.
