- 200g White rice (soaked overnight)
- 50g Almonds
- 2 Cinnamon sticks
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 500ml Water
- 200ml Whole milk
- 100g Sugar
Cooking Method
- The Grind Blitz the soaked rice, almonds, and 1 cinnamon stick with 200ml water until a thick pulp forms.
- The Bloom Heat 100ml of the water with the remaining cinnamon and vanilla; the heat will swell the spice oils.
- The Silk Merge Strain the rice pulp through a fine cloth; whisk in the spiced water, remaining water, milk, and sugar.
- The Chill Refrigerate until ice-cold.
- The Final Flourish Serve over ice with a final raw dust of ground cinnamon.
