Ingredients

  • 200g White rice (soaked overnight)
  • 50g Almonds
  • 2 Cinnamon sticks
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 500ml Water
  • 200ml Whole milk
  • 100g Sugar

Cooking Method

  1. The Grind Blitz the soaked rice, almonds, and 1 cinnamon stick with 200ml water until a thick pulp forms.
  2. The Bloom Heat 100ml of the water with the remaining cinnamon and vanilla; the heat will swell the spice oils.
  3. The Silk Merge Strain the rice pulp through a fine cloth; whisk in the spiced water, remaining water, milk, and sugar.
  4. The Chill Refrigerate until ice-cold.
  5. The Final Flourish Serve over ice with a final raw dust of ground cinnamon.
