- 200g White rice
- 1L Whole milk
- 100g Sugar
- 1 can Condensed milk
- 2 Cinnamon sticks
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- Ground cinnamon
- Orange zest
Cooking Method
- The Swell Boil rice in water for 10 minutes until half-cooked; drain.
- The Bloom Add milk and cinnamon sticks; the heat will release the woody perfume into the silk.
- The Simmer Add sugars; simmer on low heat, stirring often for 20 minutes until it forms a thick cream.
- The Marriage Stir in vanilla at the very last second to preserve the aroma.
- The Final Flourish Serve warm or cold with a final raw dust of cinnamon and fresh orange zest.
