Ingredients
- 4 Firm Pears (halved)
- 2 tsp Cinnamon
- 0.5 tsp Nutmeg
- 2 tbsp Honey
- 30g Butter
- 50ml Port Wine
Cooking Method
- The Build Place pear halves in a tray; top each with butter and honey.
- The Bloom Pour Port wine into the tray; add spices to the liquid.
- The Scorch Roast at 200°C for 25 minutes, basting often until the fruit is stained dark purple.
- The Marriage The liquid will reduce into a thick, spicy red silk syrup.
- The Final Flourish Finish with raw orange zest and toasted walnuts.
