Ingredients: 2 Quinces or Apples (wedges), 100ml White wine, 50g Sugar, 30g Butter, 1 Cinnamon stick, 0.5 tsp Ground Cinnamon, 200g Queijo da Serra or Brie...

- 2 Quinces or Apples (wedges)
- 100ml White wine
- 50g Sugar
- 30g Butter
- 1 Cinnamon stick
- 0.5 tsp Ground Cinnamon
- 200g Queijo da Serra or Brie
Cooking Method
- The Scorch Fry fruit wedges in butter until charred and golden.
- The Bloom Add wine, sugar, and cinnamon stick; the steam will release the woody perfume.
- The Marriage Simmer for 10 minutes until the liquid reduces to a thick golden lacquer.
- The Final Flourish Serve the hot lacquered fruit with a slab of raw cheese and a final dust of ground cinnamon.
