Ingredients: 150g Carolino rice, 2 Large Apples (finely diced), 800ml Whole milk, 100g Sugar, 20g Butter, 1 Cinnamon stick, 1 tsp Vanilla extract...

Ingredients

  • 150g Carolino rice
  • 2 Large Apples (finely diced)
  • 800ml Whole milk
  • 100g Sugar
  • 20g Butter
  • 1 Cinnamon stick
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract

Cooking Method

  1. The Scorch Fry apple dice in butter until caramelized and charred; remove.
  2. The Swell Boil rice in milk with the cinnamon stick until nearly absorbed.
  3. The Bloom Add vanilla and sugar to the hot milk; the heat will swell the aromatics.
  4. The Marriage Fold the charred apples into the rice silk; cook for 5 minutes until thick.
  5. The Final Flourish Serve warm with a heavy dust of raw ground cinnamon and a drizzle of raw honey.
