Ingredients
- 150g Carolino rice
- 2 Large Apples (finely diced)
- 800ml Whole milk
- 100g Sugar
- 20g Butter
- 1 Cinnamon stick
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
Cooking Method
- The Scorch Fry apple dice in butter until caramelized and charred; remove.
- The Swell Boil rice in milk with the cinnamon stick until nearly absorbed.
- The Bloom Add vanilla and sugar to the hot milk; the heat will swell the aromatics.
- The Marriage Fold the charred apples into the rice silk; cook for 5 minutes until thick.
- The Final Flourish Serve warm with a heavy dust of raw ground cinnamon and a drizzle of raw honey.
