(Our Play on Spanish Spiced Fig Crostini)
Ingredients: 4 Fresh Figs (halved), 4 Slices of Rustic Bread, 1 tsp Cinnamon, 0.5 tsp Black pepper, 100g Soft Goat's cheese, 2 tbsp Honey...

- 4 Fresh Figs (halved)
- 4 Slices of Rustic Bread
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 0.5 tsp Black pepper
- 100g Soft Goat's cheese
- 2 tbsp Honey
Cooking Method
- The Scorch Toast the bread until the edges are blackened and charred.
- The Bloom Whisk honey and spices with a tiny 5ml splash of warm water to create a thick aromatic syrup.
- The Assembly Spread goat's cheese on the bread; place a fig half on top.
- The Marriage Drizzle the spiced honey silk over the figs; grill for 2 minutes until the honey bubbles.
- The Final Flourish Top with raw fresh thyme leaves for a sharp finish.
