- 250g Almond flour
- 150g Sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 tsp Ginger powder
- 0.5 tsp Nutmeg
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 20ml Milk
Cooking Method
- The Mix Combine the dry ingredients with the spices in a large bowl.
- The Bloom Whisk the eggs, vanilla, and milk; the liquid will swell the ground spices into the base.
- The Build Mix everything into a stiff dough; form into a log.
- The Bake Roast at 180°C for 20 minutes until golden; slice into coins while warm.
- The Final Flourish Dust with raw cinnamon sugar for a final aromatic hit.
