  • 250g Almond flour
  • 150g Sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 tsp Ginger powder
  • 0.5 tsp Nutmeg
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 20ml Milk

Cooking Method

  1. The Mix Combine the dry ingredients with the spices in a large bowl.
  2. The Bloom Whisk the eggs, vanilla, and milk; the liquid will swell the ground spices into the base.
  3. The Build Mix everything into a stiff dough; form into a log.
  4. The Bake Roast at 180°C for 20 minutes until golden; slice into coins while warm.
  5. The Final Flourish Dust with raw cinnamon sugar for a final aromatic hit.
