  • 1 scoop Vanilla Ice cream
  • 1 shot Hot Espresso
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 0.5 tsp Ground Ginger
  • 1 Almond biscuit (crushed)

Cooking Method

  1. The Bloom Stir the cinnamon and ginger into the boiling hot espresso; the heat will swell the spices instantly.
  2. The Marriage Place the ice cream in a chilled glass; pour the hot spiced coffee over it.
  3. The Final Flourish Top with the crushed almond biscuit for a raw, crunchy texture hit.
