- 1 scoop Vanilla Ice cream
- 1 shot Hot Espresso
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 0.5 tsp Ground Ginger
- 1 Almond biscuit (crushed)
Cooking Method
- The Bloom Stir the cinnamon and ginger into the boiling hot espresso; the heat will swell the spices instantly.
- The Marriage Place the ice cream in a chilled glass; pour the hot spiced coffee over it.
- The Final Flourish Top with the crushed almond biscuit for a raw, crunchy texture hit.
