THE CINNAMON CHOCO-SILK

Ingredients: 200g Dark chocolate (melted), 300ml Double cream (whipped), 1 tsp Cinnamon, 0.5 tsp Chili powder, 1 tsp Vanilla extract, 2 tbsp Honey...

Ingredients

  • 200g Dark chocolate (melted)
  • 300ml Double cream (whipped)
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 0.5 tsp Chili powder
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp Honey

Cooking Method

  1. The Bloom Whisk cinnamon, chili, and honey with a tiny 10ml splash of warm milk to release the spice oils.
  2. The Marriage Fold the spiced honey and melted chocolate into the whipped cream.
  3. The Silk Merge Whisk gently until it forms a thick, dark, uniform cloud.
  4. The Chill Refrigerate for 2 hours to set.
  5. The Final Flourish Top with raw cocoa powder and a final pinch of chili for the brave.
