- 200g Dark chocolate (melted)
- 300ml Double cream (whipped)
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 0.5 tsp Chili powder
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp Honey
Cooking Method
- The Bloom Whisk cinnamon, chili, and honey with a tiny 10ml splash of warm milk to release the spice oils.
- The Marriage Fold the spiced honey and melted chocolate into the whipped cream.
- The Silk Merge Whisk gently until it forms a thick, dark, uniform cloud.
- The Chill Refrigerate for 2 hours to set.
- The Final Flourish Top with raw cocoa powder and a final pinch of chili for the brave.
