Ingredients
- 500ml Whole milk
- 100g Dark chocolate (chopped)
- 1 tbsp Honey or Brown sugar
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 0.5 tsp Chili powder
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
Cooking Method
- The Swell Heat milk and honey until simmering.
- The Bloom Whisk in the cinnamon, chili, and vanilla with a 20ml splash of the hot milk to release the aromatics.
- The Marriage Add the chocolate; whisk vigorously until it vanishes into a thick, frothy silk.
- The Final Flourish Top with a final pinch of cinnamon and serve steaming hot.
