Ingredients
- 150g Dark chocolate (chopped)
- 150ml Double cream
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 0.5 tsp Ginger powder
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp Honey
Cooking Method
- The Swell Heat cream and honey in a pot until simmering.
- The Bloom Whisk in the spices and vanilla with a 10ml splash of the hot cream to release the aromatics.
- The Marriage Add the chocolate to the pot; stir off the heat until it melts into a thick glossy black silk.
- The Final Flourish Top with a final rain of raw sea salt and use as a dip for fruit.
