Ingredients
- 100g Dark chocolate (chopped)
- 100ml Double cream
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 0.5 tsp Chili powder
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp Honey
Cooking Method
- The Swell Heat cream and honey in a small pot until simmering.
- The Bloom Whisk in the cinnamon, chili, and vanilla with a 10ml splash of the hot cream to release the aromatics.
- The Marriage Add the chocolate; stir off the heat until it melts into a thick, glossy black silk.
- The Final Flourish Top with a pinch of sea salt and use as a dip for fruit or churros.
