- 250g Ricotta cheese
- 200g Sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 1 tbsp Cinnamon
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 20ml Warm milk
- 1 Lemon (zested)
Cooking Method
- The Bloom Whisk cinnamon and vanilla with the warm milk to release the spice oils.
- The Silk Merge Blitz the cheese, sugar, eggs, and spiced milk until it forms a smooth yellow silk.
- The Build Pour into small buttered molds.
- The Bake Roast at 190°C for 20 minutes until the centers are set and the tops are dark golden brown.
- The Final Flourish Dust with raw cinnamon sugar while still hot.
