Ingredients: 250g Ricotta cheese, 200g Sugar, 2 Eggs, 1 tbsp Cinnamon, 1 tsp Vanilla extract, 20ml Warm milk, 1 Lemon (zested)...

  • 250g Ricotta cheese
  • 200g Sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 tbsp Cinnamon
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 20ml Warm milk
  • 1 Lemon (zested)

Cooking Method

  1. The Bloom Whisk cinnamon and vanilla with the warm milk to release the spice oils.
  2. The Silk Merge Blitz the cheese, sugar, eggs, and spiced milk until it forms a smooth yellow silk.
  3. The Build Pour into small buttered molds.
  4. The Bake Roast at 190°C for 20 minutes until the centers are set and the tops are dark golden brown.
  5. The Final Flourish Dust with raw cinnamon sugar while still hot.
