  • 250g Mascarpone
  • 200g Fresh Berries
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 0.5 tsp Nutmeg
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract

Cooking Method

  1. The Bloom Whisk the spices and honey with a tiny 5ml splash of warm milk to release the perfume.
  2. The Silk Merge Fold the spiced honey into the mascarpone until it forms a thick, fragrant silk.
  3. The Assembly Place the berries in a bowl; top with the cinnamon cheese-cloud.
  4. The Final Flourish Top with raw fresh mint leaves and a final dust of cinnamon.
