- 200g Fresh Berries
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 0.5 tsp Nutmeg
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
Cooking Method
- The Bloom Whisk the spices and honey with a tiny 5ml splash of warm milk to release the perfume.
- The Silk Merge Fold the spiced honey into the mascarpone until it forms a thick, fragrant silk.
- The Assembly Place the berries in a bowl; top with the cinnamon cheese-cloud.
- The Final Flourish Top with raw fresh mint leaves and a final dust of cinnamon.
