Ingredients
- 100g Dark chocolate (chopped)
- 150ml Whole milk
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 1 tsp Cornflour (mixed with milk)
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 0.5 tsp Chili powder
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
Cooking Method
- The Swell Heat milk and sugar until simmering.
- The Bloom Whisk in the cinnamon, chili, and vanilla with a 10ml splash of the hot milk to release the aromatics.
- The Marriage Add the chocolate and cornflour silk; whisk until it melts into a thick, glossy black lava.
- The Final Flourish Serve hot in a small cup with a final pinch of raw salt.
