- 200g Dark chocolate (melted)
- 300ml Double cream (whipped)
- 1 tsp Cardamom
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp Honey
- 50ml Strong Coffee (hot)
Cooking Method
- The Bloom Whisk cardamom into the hot coffee; the heat will instantly swell the floral oils.
- The Silk Merge Fold the spiced coffee and honey into the melted chocolate.
- The Marriage Fold the chocolate silk into the whipped cream until uniform.
- The Final Flourish Chill for 2 hours; top with raw cocoa powder and crushed pistachios.
