- 800g White beans (canned/rinsed)
- 4 Large onions (sliced thin)
- 100ml Sunflower oil
- 1 tbsp Chipotle paste
- 1 tsp Smoked paprika
- 1 tsp Cumin
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 100ml Veg stock
Cooking Method
- The Architect Fry onions in oil on low heat until they melt into a sweet mahogany jam.
- The Bloom Add chipotle and spices with a 30ml splash of stock; the hiss will release the smoky aromatics.
- The Marriage Mix beans and onion jam in a tray; drizzle with honey.
- The Scorch Roast at 200°C for 20 minutes until the top is rock-hard charred and bubbling.
- The Final Flourish Finish with raw fresh coriander and extra raw black pepper.
