Ingredients
- 4 Chicken thighs (boneless)
- 1 tbsp Chipotle paste
- 1 tsp Smoked paprika
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tbsp Honey
Cooking Method
- The Coat Whisk oil, honey, and spices with a 10ml splash of water; rub heavily into the chicken.
- The Scorch Grill on high heat for 6 minutes per side until the honey chars and the skin is rock-hard crispy.
- The Marriage Baste with any leftover marinade during the last 2 minutes.
- The Final Flourish Serve with raw lime wedges and fresh coriander.
