- 2 White fish fillets
- 1 tbsp Chipotle paste
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp Lime juice
- Fresh Parsley
- Lime zest
Cooking Method
- The Bloom Whisk chipotle and garlic powder with a tiny 10ml splash of water to form a dark smoky paste.
- The Coat Fold the spiced paste into the mayonnaise and lime juice; paint heavily over the fish.
- The Scorch Roast at 200°C for 12 minutes until the top is bubbling and charred.
- The Final Flourish Top with fresh parsley and lemon zest for a sharp finish.
