Ingredients

  • 2 White fish fillets
  • 1 tbsp Chipotle paste
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Lime juice
  • Fresh Parsley
  • Lime zest

Cooking Method

  1. The Bloom Whisk chipotle and garlic powder with a tiny 10ml splash of water to form a dark smoky paste.
  2. The Coat Fold the spiced paste into the mayonnaise and lime juice; paint heavily over the fish.
  3. The Scorch Roast at 200°C for 12 minutes until the top is bubbling and charred.
  4. The Final Flourish Top with fresh parsley and lemon zest for a sharp finish.
