Ingredients: 300g Feta cheese, 2 Roasted Red Peppers, 1 tsp Chipotle powder, 1 tsp Smoked paprika, 2 cloves Garlic (pureed), 2 tbsp Olive oil, 1 tbsp Honey, 1 tbsp Lime juice...

Ingredients

  • 300g Feta cheese
  • 2 Roasted Red Peppers
  • 1 tsp Chipotle powder
  • 1 tsp Smoked paprika
  • 2 cloves Garlic (pureed)
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 1 tbsp Lime juice

Cooking Method

  1. The Bloom Whisk garlic, chipotle, and lime juice with a tiny 5ml splash of water; the acid wakes the smoke.
  2. The Silk Merge Mash the feta with the roasted peppers; fold in the spiced oil and honey.
  3. The Marriage Beat until it forms a chunky, fiery orange-brown silk.
  4. The Final Flourish Serve as a raw hit for charred meats; top with raw fresh cilantro.
