THE CHIPOTLE-FETA CRUSH

Ingredients: 300g Feta cheese, 2 Roasted Red Peppers, 1 tsp Chipotle powder, 1 tsp Smoked paprika, 2 cloves Garlic (pureed), 2 tbsp Olive oil, 1 tbsp Honey, 1 tbsp Lime juice...

- 2 Roasted Red Peppers
- 1 tsp Chipotle powder
- 1 tsp Smoked paprika
- 2 cloves Garlic (pureed)
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 1 tbsp Lime juice
Cooking Method
- The Bloom Whisk garlic, chipotle, and lime juice with a tiny 5ml splash of water; the acid wakes the smoke.
- The Silk Merge Mash the feta with the roasted peppers; fold in the spiced oil and honey.
- The Marriage Beat until it forms a chunky, fiery orange-brown silk.
- The Final Flourish Serve as a raw hit for charred meats; top with raw fresh cilantro.
