THE CHIPOTLE CHOCO-ORBS
(Our Play on Loukoumades with a Mexican Sting)
Ingredients: 200g Flour, 150ml Warm water, 1 tsp Yeast, 100g Dark chocolate (melted), 50ml Double cream, 1 tsp Chipotle powder, 1 tsp Cinnamon, 1 tsp Vanilla, 2 tbsp Honey...

- 150ml Warm water
- 1 tsp Yeast
- 100g Dark chocolate (melted)
- 50ml Double cream
- 1 tsp Chipotle powder
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 2 tbsp Honey
Cooking Method
- The Build Whisk flour, water, and yeast into a tacky dough; let rise for 1 hour.
- The Bloom Whisk chipotle and cinnamon into the melted chocolate with a 10ml splash of hot cream; the heat will release the smoky spice.
- The Scorch Drop dough orbs into deep oil; fry until rock-hard golden and charred.
- The Marriage Drench the hot orbs in honey, then drizzle heavily with the spiced choco-silk.
- The Final Flourish Finish with a pinch of raw sea salt and crushed hazelnuts.
