THE CHIPOTLE BIRD-WRAP
(Our Play on Chipotle Chicken Burritos)

- 500g Chicken breast (thin strips)
- 2 tbsp Chipotle paste
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 1 Onion (petals)
- 100g Cooked Rice
- 100ml Tomato passata
- 1 tbsp Honey
Cooking Method
- The Sear Fry chicken and onions until charred; remove.
- The Bloom Add chipotle paste and garlic powder with a 30ml splash of stock to form a smoky red steam.
- The Marriage Add passata and honey; return chicken and onions. Simmer for 5 minutes until sticky.
- The Assembly Roll into tortillas with rice and black beans.
- The Final Flourish Serve with a hit of raw fresh salsa and sour cream.
