- 500g Cooked Octopus
- 1 tsp Chili flakes
- 1 tsp Salt
- 2 tbsp Honey
- 2 tbsp Lime juice
- 50ml Olive oil
- 2 cloves Garlic (minced)
Cooking Method
- The Scorch Grill octopus on white-hot heat until blackened and curled.
- The Bloom Whisk lime juice, honey, and spices in a pan; boil for 1 minute until it forms a thick yellow silk.
- The Marriage Drench the hot charred reef in the chili-lime silk immediately.
- The Final Flourish Top with raw fresh coriander and lime zest.
