Ingredients: 400g Chicken thighs (cut into bite-sized pieces), 3 tbsp Soy sauce, 2 tbsp Honey, 1 tbsp Rice vinegar, 2 Spring onions (cut into 3cm batons)...
Ingredients
- 400g Chicken thighs (cut into bite-sized pieces)
- 3 tbsp Soy sauce
- 2 tbsp Honey
- 1 tbsp Rice vinegar
- 2 Spring onions (cut into 3cm batons)
Cooking Method
- The Build Thread chicken and spring onion batons onto skewers.
- The Bloom Mix glaze ingredients with a tiny 15ml splash of water; boil in a small pan until syrupy.
- The Scorch Grill or pan-fry skewers on high heat for 3 minutes per side until charred.
- The Marriage Brush heavily with the glaze during the final 2 minutes of cooking until sticky.
- The Finish Serve with a final dust of chili flakes.
