- 500g Cooked Octopus tentacles
- 2 cloves Garlic (crushed)
- 50ml Olive oil
- 2 tsp Smoked paprika
- 1 tsp Chili flakes
- Fresh Parsley
- 1 Lemon (juiced)
Cooking Method
- The Coat Toss octopus with oil, garlic, and spices; add a tiny 10ml splash of water to help the paprika bloom.
- The Scorch Grill on maximum heat for 4 minutes per side until the edges are blackened and curled.
- The Marriage Drizzle with lemon juice while still sizzling on the grill.
- The Final Flourish Serve with a massive hit of raw parsley and a dusting of sea salt.
