Ingredients: 400g Paneer (large cubes), 1 Red onion (petals), 1 Green bell pepper (chunks), 100g Greek yogurt, 1 tbsp Ginger-garlic paste, 1 tsp Ajwain seeds, 1 tsp Turmeric, 1 tsp Smoked paprika, 1 tsp Garam masala...

Ingredients

  • 400g Paneer (large cubes)
  • 1 Red onion (petals)
  • 1 Green bell pepper (chunks)
  • 100g Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp Ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 tsp Ajwain seeds
  • 1 tsp Turmeric
  • 1 tsp Smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp Garam masala

Cooking Method

  1. The Coat Whisk yogurt and spices; toss in paneer and veg until fully coated.
  2. Chill Rest in the fridge for 30 minutes to let the spices penetrate the block.
  3. The Scorch Thread onto skewers and sear in a high-heat pan or under a 220°C grill for 8 minutes.
  4. The Char Turn every 2 minutes until the edges are blackened and the paneer is soft.
  5. The Finish Dust with Chaat Masala and a squeeze of fresh lime.
