- 400g Sweetcorn (canned or fresh)
- 1 Red onion (finely diced)
- 2 Green chilies
- 1 tsp Turmeric
- 1 tsp Chili powder
- 1 tsp Chaat masala
- 20g Butter

Cooking Method
- The Scorch Sauté corn in a dry, high-heat pan until the kernels start to blacken and char.
- The Architect Add butter and onions; sauté until the onions are soft and golden.
- The Bloom Add spices and a tiny 15ml splash of water to form a sticky, red glaze.
- The Marriage Toss for 2 minutes until every kernel is glistening and stained red.
- The Final Flourish Finish with a squeeze of fresh lime and a massive handful of coriander.
