- 1L Full-fat milk
- 100g Condensed milk
- 50g Sugar
- 1 tsp Cardamom powder
- Saffron strands
- 30g Pistachios (crushed)
Cooking Method
- The Reduction Boil milk in a heavy pan until it reduces by two-thirds into a thick, creamy mass.
- The Sweeten Stir in condensed milk, sugar, and spices; cook for 5 minutes.
- The Freeze Pour into molds and freeze for 6 hours until rock solid.
- The Final Flourish Demold and roll in crushed pistachios for a final textured finish.
