- 1L Full-fat milk

Cooking Method
- The Reduction Boil milk in a wide pan until it reduces by half and becomes a thick, creamy silk.
- The Sweeten Add sugar, saffron, and cardamom; stir until fully dissolved.
- The Soak Squeeze paneer disks to remove excess water and drop into the hot milk.
- The Chill Let soak for 15 minutes while cooling, then refrigerate.
- The Final Flourish Top with slivered pistachios and a drop of rose water for a chef-grade finish.
