- 100g Sugar
- 50g Ghee
- 1 tsp Cardamom powder
- Saffron strands
Cooking Method
- The Scorch Toast semolina in ghee on high heat until it smells nutty and turns golden.
- The Sweeten Add sugar and cardamom; boil water separately then pour into the pot.
- The Marriage Stir constantly until the liquid is absorbed and the halwa is thick and glossy.
- The Final Flourish Top with crushed almonds and saffron strands.
