Ingredients
- 2 tbsp Instant coffee
- 200ml Boiling water
- 100ml Hot milk
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 1 tsp Cardamom powder
- 0.5 tsp Ginger powder
Cooking Method
- The Base Whisk the coffee and sugar with a tiny splash of water until it forms a thick, pale foam.
- The Bloom Stir in the cardamom and ginger powders to let the heat release the aromatics.
- The Marriage Pour in the boiling water and hot milk; whisk vigorously until a cloud forms on top.
- The Final Flourish Dust the foam with a final pinch of cardamom powder.
