- 1L Full-fat milk

Cooking Method
- The Boil In a heavy-bottomed pot, bring the milk to a boil and add the rice.
- The Reduction Simmer on low heat, stirring constantly, until the milk has reduced by half and is thick.
- The Sweeten Add the sugar, cardamom, and saffron; stir until the sugar has fully dissolved.
- The Finish Serve warm or cold, topped with a handful of sliced almonds.
