- 4 cloves Garlic (minced)
- 50g Butter
- 1 tsp White pepper
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 Lemon (juiced)
- 2 tbsp Capers
- 50ml Chicken stock
Cooking Method
- The Scorch Sear cod in oil for 4 minutes per side until charred and flaky; remove.
- The Architect Melt butter in the pan; sauté garlic until golden and fragrant.
- The Bloom Add pepper and capers with a 20ml splash of stock; the hiss will release the briny aromatics.
- The Swell Add lemon juice and remaining stock; boil for 2 minutes until it forms a thick lacquer.
- The Final Flourish Drench the fish in the garlic silk; top with a massive hit of raw fresh parsley.
