THE CABBAGE-LATTICE PANCAKE

Ingredients: 200g Cabbage (shredded), 1 Carrot (grated), 100g Flour, 2 Eggs, 50ml Water, 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce, 2 tbsp Tomato ketchup, 1 tbsp Soy sauce, Mayonnaise, Dried seaweed flakes...

Ingredients

  • 200g Cabbage (shredded)
  • 1 Carrot (grated)
  • 100g Flour
  • 2 Eggs
  • 50ml Water
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tbsp Tomato ketchup
  • 1 tbsp Soy sauce
  • Mayonnaise
  • Dried seaweed flakes

Cooking Method

  1. The Mix Whisk flour, eggs, and water; fold in the cabbage and carrot until coated.
  2. The Scorch Pour into a hot oiled pan; flatten into a thick disk and fry for 4 minutes per side until charred.
  3. The Bloom Whisk the silk sauces with a 15ml splash of water; brush heavily over the hot pancake.
  4. The Marriage Drizzle with mayonnaise in a lattice pattern.
  5. The Finish Top with a massive hit of seaweed flakes and pickled ginger.
