(Our Play on Balkan Stuffed Peppers with a French Twist)

- 6 Baby Bell Peppers
- 200g Brie (minced)
- 100g Feta
- 1 Egg
- 1 tsp Black pepper
- 1 tsp Truffle oil
- 2 cloves Garlic (minced)
Cooking Method
- The Build Mix Brie, Feta, garlic, and egg; add truffle oil and pepper.
- The Bloom Add a tiny 5ml splash of warm water to the cheese paste to wake the truffle aroma.
- The Marriage Stuff the cheese-silk into the peppers.
- The Scorch Grill or roast at 220°C for 15 minutes until the peppers are charred and the cheese is a molten lava.
- The Final Flourish Finish with a dusting of raw sea salt and raw fresh chives.
