Ingredients
- 400g King Prawns
- 2 tbsp Black peppercorns (coarsely crushed)
- 4 cloves Garlic (minced)
- 1 tbsp Fish sauce
- 1 tsp Sugar
- Handful of fresh Coriander
Cooking Method
- The Scorch High-heat stir-fry prawns in oil for 2 minutes until they turn pink; remove.
- The Architect Sauté garlic and crushed pepper until golden and intensely fragrant.
- The Bloom Add fish sauce and sugar with a 20ml splash of water; boil for 30 seconds to form a dark, peppery syrup.
- The Marriage Toss the prawns back in until they are dry-coated in the garlic-pepper crust.
- The Finish Garnish with a massive amount of raw coriander.
