- 2 heads Radicchio (quartered)
- 1 tsp Chili flakes
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 50ml Olive oil
- 2 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
- 1 tbsp Honey
Cooking Method
- The Scorch Grill the radicchio quarters on high heat until the edges are blackened and charred.
- The Bloom Whisk oil, honey, and spices with a tiny 10ml splash of water; pour over the hot leaves.
- The Marriage Drizzle with balsamic vinegar; the heat from the leaves will bloom the acidity.
- The Final Flourish Top with raw walnut pieces and shavings of raw parmesan.
